Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 30 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment must be paid within 24 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. If you can't do this, please do not bid. We can now take credit cards over the phone, please contact us. Pick Up: Friday 10-4 and Saturday by appointment following the auction at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. If items not picked up within 30 days of paying, they may be resold or given away with no compensation to purchaser. Special Mailing Note: Due to the complexity of shipping artwork we will not be personally shipping anything from this auction but it will be handled by our local UPS Store. So you will pay us for the items, we will deliver it to them with your contact information and they will handle it from there. Thanks,
