It is 100% the bidders responsibility to be familiar with the terms used and the value is subjective and 100% the bidders due diligence responsibility without fail. The auction LOT Title and image are the definitive measure of each item. The auction title is a broad description of the items up for sale, and not the totality of the sale being offered. We offer a reasonably fast shipping services and do NOT allow bidders to pick up items due to the nature of what we sell. 2.) Bidder agrees that any bid placed will be honored as a contract and the credit card that you registered with will be charged by Antique Finder Services at the end of the sale. If this is not available, we will send a invoice that must be completed within 24 hours of receipt. It is the responsibility of the bidder that the card registered be able to complete the sale, or call us with an alternate means of payment within 24 hours of end of sale. 3.) If for any reason you do not pay within 48 hours of end of auction, we will resell the items and the collected monies will go towards paying your invoice.
