Auction Terms & Conditions Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. All items should be marked if they are available for shipping. We use USPS and sometimes UPS, never FedEx. Some may be too heavy or large to ship for a reasonable amount. If an item is damaged in shipping, you can submit a claim with your local office, we can't do it for you and accept no responsibility. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. There is a 15% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates. Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, make arrangements, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. All items will be available for pickup at 523 N French Ave, Arlington on Friday, 7/8 from 10 am to 2 pm and on Saturday 7/9, from 10 am to 2 pm. Don't miss these times as you will likely miss your stuff! There will be no special requests for pickup without a minimum $20 cash fee outside these hours. Will ship using USPS or UPS. Shipping charges are NOT included on your initial invoice payments. Please contact us within 3 business days of end of auction to make arrangements. Please make sure to note that Large (over 12") packages and/or heavy items can cost a fair amount to ship. We have tried to note Large or Heavy items in the descriptions, along with those that say NO shipping. We charge actual shipping rate (usually priority is cheapest) plus a minimum of $5 for packaging and handling. Packing materials are not cheap, but we will only charge for what must be used, or what UPS charges for a special or fragile pack when we can't do it ourselves.
